I’m co-founder of Studio 3 Big Things with Param. We are a behavioural design studio specialising in Customer Experience Innovation and Organisational Culture Transformation. Behavioural Insights form the core of our solutions and help us reframe every strategic business problem as a human problem. My areas of interest include the power of Ritual in behavioural design and Critique as a tool to create a culture of collaboration.

I previously worked with AppDynamics (a Cisco company), as Director, Design and Experience, India. AppDynamics is a tool for IT Teams that helps visualize their entire application infrastructure at a glance

Before joining AppDynamics, I was on sabbatical for a year and a half. I had taken time off to pursue some personal projects after serving as Design Director, Salesforce Ignite. Ignite is a customer-facing, innovation team that works with key Salesforce customers to bring a human-centered approach to their digital transformation journeys. Autodesk

Prior to that, I worked with Autodesk, designing digital collaboration experiences (formerly branded A360) for their flagship product design and manufacturing product, Fusion 360. I joined Autodesk by way of acquisition, as part of Qontext, an enterprise social collaboration platform incubated in Pramati Technologies.

My first forays as a designer were in a UX design and Usability consulting role in the Communication & Design Team at Infosys ( now called Digital Studio ).
